Operation Site Manager (Urgent !) - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations
• Plan and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Lead and develop a large warehouse team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and other relevant departments for seamless operations
• Ensure all activities comply with company safety, quality standards, and regulations
• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior management
• Manage warehouse budget and resources for optimal utilization

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7-15 years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or fulfillment environment, with at least 7 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Proven ability to manage large-scale warehouse operations and substantial teams
• In-depth understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under complex situations
• Strong command of both written and spoken English to effectively communicate with international supervisors
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently
• Familiarity with warehouse safety and quality regulations
