Account Management Specialist - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies and develop strategies to engage with them.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering customized solutions.

• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage the existing accounts to ensure the customer satisfaction have met the expectation.

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience minimum 5 years as Business Development and/or Account Management experiences within the contract logistics (Warehouse and transportation) sector.

• Proven track record in accounts management and solutions design.

• Deeply understanding of international freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, Land) and warehousing/distribution solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills both in Thai and English.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Having existing network and clients and vendors base in logistics or supply chain industries.

• Chinese speaking is a plus.
