IT Supervisor (คลังเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า / บางนา คลองส่งน้ำ กม.19) - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• ดูแลและควบคุมงานด้าน IT Support และ IT Infrastructure ภายใน Warehouse ของโครงการ Midea
• ดูแลระบบ Network, Hardware, Software และ IT Equipment ให้พร้อมใช้งานสำหรับ Operation
• สนับสนุนระบบ WMS, ERP และระบบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า
• ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหา Hardware, Network, System และ User Support
• ดูแลอุปกรณ์ IT เช่น Computer, Barcode Scanner, Printer, Network Device และ Warehouse Equipment
• ประสานงานกับ Central / HQ IT และ Vendor ภายนอกในการแก้ไขปัญหาและติดตั้งระบบ
• ควบคุมและติดตาม IT Incident รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ Root Cause และ Corrective Action
• ดูแลทะเบียนและการควบคุม IT Asset ภายใน Site

ให้คำแนะนำและควบคุมการทำงานของ IT Staff / Technician ภายใน Site

• สนับสนุนการติดตั้งและทดสอบระบบ IT ใหม่ รวมถึง IT Improvement Project
• ควบคุมให้การใช้งานระบบเป็นไปตาม IT Security และ Company IT Policy
