Inventory Supervisor (FMCG Warehouse-แหลมฉบัง หนองแขวะ) - บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Job Description :

• Supervise day-to-day inventory activities: replenishment execution, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Manage a team of Inventory Officers and floor staff to deliver stock accuracy and shelf-life compliance.
• Ensure inventory movements (transfers, adjustments, holds, quarantines) are executed accurately in WMS.
• Monitor daily stock KPIs and escalate discrepancies to the Section Manager.
• Coordinate with inbound/outbound supervisors to ensure inventory readiness for order fulfillment.
• Conduct spot checks and verify high-value or critical SKUs.
• Prepare shift-level inventory reports and handover notes.

Key Responsibility :

• Supervise replenishment, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Ensure shelf-life and hold stock compliance.
• Manage stock movements accurately in WMS.
• Guide and coach officers in daily execution.
• Report variances and escalate issues.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, including at least 2 years in an inventory control supervisory capacity.
• Understanding of standard inventory control procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including cycle count, replenishment, and adjustment processes.
• Demonstrated people management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a 6-day work week and various shifts.
