Responsibilities
- Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical authority, providing expert advice to service teams for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware/software issues.
- Training & Mentorship: Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for overseas technicians to ensure world-class service standards.
- Knowledge Management: Disseminate critical technical documentation and updates to the field team before site deployments.
- Operations Oversight: Assign tasks, monitor repair/maintenance progress, and manage detailed technical work reports.
- Software Validation: Conduct rigorous testing on system software and components to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Spare Part Strategy: Oversee the inventory lifecycle, from forecasting and ordering to the global distribution of essential spare parts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cooling/refrigeration systems.
- Proven background as a Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer for electrical, electronic, or HVAC (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) equipment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to provide clear technical guidance both on-site and via remote support.
- Excellent English proficiency (Fluent in both written and verbal) for effective international collaboration and reporting.
- Able to travel abroad for work.
- Flexibility in working hours to support global operations across different time zones.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and a proactive mindset toward continuous process improvement.
- Must be willing and able to travel abroad frequently for technical assignments and training.
