Responsibilities
- Support the Quality/Safety Manager in ensuring compliance with company manuals, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage and maintain all required certifications, approvals, licenses, and controlled documents to ensure ongoing operational compliance.
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring activities and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate, administer, and maintain employee training programs, training records, and competency requirements in accordance with the training matrix.
- Assist in planning and controlling quality and training budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
- Review, develop, and improve procedures, manuals, KPIs, and work instructions, while providing related training to personnel.
- Promote a strong safety and environmental culture through safety meetings, awareness activities, reporting programs, and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the aviation industry.
- Experience working within a quality or safety department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality and audit principles is a plus.
