• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition processes across multiple sites, covering operations, technical, and management roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and attract high-potential candidates through innovative and targeted strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the talent market.
• Ensure a fast and high-quality hiring process, delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire, to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to line managers across various sites.
• Support workforce planning, organization design initiatives, and manpower optimization efforts.
• Identify emerging people issues and proactively propose effective solutions.
• Drive onboarding programs, probation follow-up, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and people development programs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse locations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to track and improve HR metrics.
• Ability to travel regularly between operational sites and work flexibly across multiple locations (Must possess a valid driving license and own transport).
• Experience in an industrial or operations environment is a plus.
