Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Relationship Management
• Handle customer orders and provide accurate information on products, pricing, and sales terms
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service recommendations
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
2. Sales Support
• Prepare quotations and related sales documents
• Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) in the system
• Coordinate with the sales team to support deal closure
3. Internal Coordination
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams
• Monitor order preparation and delivery status
• Coordinate and resolve issues throughout the sales process
4. Order Tracking & Reporting
• Track order status, delivery progress, and payment updates
• Prepare sales reports and related documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the system
5. Complaint Handling & Problem Resolution
• Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently and promptly
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Age 25–35 years
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Able to present, negotiate, and write professional business emails
• TOEIC score of 450+ is a plus
