Oversea Procurement Officer (Raw Materials) - บริษัท แม่น้ำสแตนเลสไวร์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while continuously seeking better alternatives.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure the best value without compromising quality.
• Purchase Order Management: Process requisitions, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Cost Analysis: Monitor market trends and conduct price analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that all delivered materials meet technical specifications and company standards.
• Inventory Control: Work closely with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare monthly reports on spending, savings, and supplier performance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or steel industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Advanced Excel).
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Understanding of technical specifications related to steel products is highly advantageous.
• Language: Good command of English (written and spoken) for international vendor coordination.
• Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, leadership ability, and a high degree of integrity.
