Portfolio Performance & P&L

• Own the P&L of the assigned card products; deliver against the Bank's targets and commitments agreed with the Card Schemes.

• Monitor and analyze key performance drivers — acquisition, spending, income, activation, retention, attrition — and take corrective action to keep them on track.

• Conduct regular portfolio and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and incremental spend potential.

Product & CVP Development

• Develop, refine, and maintain the CVP for each card (benefits, rewards, fees, positioning) to keep the portfolio competitive and profitable.

• Design and execute activities and campaigns (acquisition, up-spend, activation, retention) to accelerate the key drivers.

• Build business cases for new features, propositions, and scheme-funded programs; work with Finance/Risk on pricing and cost-benefit analysis.

Card Scheme Relationship Management

• Act as the primary product contact with card schemes; optimize the profitability of each portfolio and leverage scheme-funded support, interchange, and co-marketing opportunities.

• Manage scheme mandates, release cycles, and notifications; translate scheme requirements into actionable business and system plans. 

Project & IT Delivery

• Lead ad-hoc IT and card-related projects, including those driven by scheme regulation/compliance changes.

• Draft business requirements, coordinate with IT and Operations, and manage delivery on time, on budget, and to specification across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in credit cards, payments, or consumer banking.

• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L ownership and portfolio management.

• Strong analytical skills — able to turn data into actionable strategy (Excel; SQL/BI tools a plus).

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional and IT initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (Thai and English).
