Technical Support Engineer (Onsite) - บริษัท เดอะแพรคทิเคิลโซลูชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Works as network engineer 
• Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots networks, networking hardware devices and software.
• Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon operating
• Maintains inventary of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activitie
• Develops and documents system standards for computer and network devices
• Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN /WAN/ Wireless.
• Studying, Learning and Collaborate in new network projects.
• Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information
• Others as assigned.

• Male , Thai nationality.
• Age 22 to 30 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering,IT, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or related degree.
• Good communication in English.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience of network engineer or network administrator.
• At least one year of end user support and network.
• CCNA certificate is required.
• administration experience is required.
• Be able to work under pressure
