1. Understand project objectives and organizational goals, gather business requirements, and analyze problems from customers and stakeholders.
2. Collect business requirements and organizational objectives, analyze them, and propose suitable technology solutions to meet customer needs.
3. Assess risks and prioritize tasks or features for development.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
5. Collaborate with customer teams, Product Owners, and relevant stakeholders such as Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, System Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance teams to implement technology solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
6. Prepare documentation such as business process workflows, business requirements documents, and functional specification documents.
7. Provide support and troubleshooting for issues raised by customers and internal teams.
8. Work with the sales team to present technology roadmaps to clients.

• Male or Female, aged 22-27 years.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
