Responsibilities
1. QA Governance & Standardization
- Establish and update internal quality standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all product categories.
- Monitor compliance with corporate quality policies and support the implementation of preventive measures.
- Specification & COA Management: Conduct a comprehensive review and re-evaluation of existing product specifications and Certificates of Analysis (COA) to ensure compliance with MOPH/FDA regulations.
2. Customer & Supplier Management
- Support supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions under the guidance of the Head of QA.
- Conduct investigations for customer claims, identifying root causes with the supplier and preparing response reports.
- Handle primary inquiries regarding pet food products in Thai; coordinate with Customer technical teams for specialized questions and contribute to the development of a Q&A database.
3. Internal Coordination & Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze quality-related data (e.g., claims, audit results) to provide insights for business improvement.
- Liaise with Sales and Procurement divisions to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth communication regarding product specifications. Collaborate with the Procurement Regulation team to verify the accuracy of documents from a technical QA perspective
4. Others & Strategic Execution
- Define and achieve individual KPIs aligned with the QA Office’s goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of QA Office to support the overall growth of business and the QA office.
Qualifications
1. Proven experienced in Food Industry (Process Food Manufacturers)
2. At least 3-5 years experience in QA duties, including QA/QC document and supplier management.
3. Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4. Native Thai and Proficient English communication skills
5. Assertive and diplomatic communication skill based on Logical thinking.
6. Proactive and Problem-Solving Mindset with high attention to detail.
7. Efficient Negotiation skill (Potentiality of negotiation skill with Strategic manners)
