Job Description

     * Provide advisory services and deliver Global Markets products to Chinese and China-related clients within approved frameworks, including market risk limits, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.

     * Develop and manage relationships with Chinese corporate, commercial, and high-net-worth clients to drive portfolio growth, increase wallet share, and enhance customer engagement.

     * Collaborate with internal Business Units (BUs), to expand the customer base and generate cross-sell opportunities.

     * Partner with Global Markets strategists and product structuring teams to develop simplified marketing materials and suitable investment or hedging solutions tailored to clients.

     * Ensure delivery of a high-quality client experience while meeting suitability and compliance requirements for the customers.

     * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.

Job Requirements

     * Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or other related field

     * Minimum 5-8 years with relevant working experience

     * Relevant experience in retail investment advisory & sales is a plus.

     * Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, including foreign exchange, fixed income, structured products, investments, and hedging solutions.

     * Strong results orientation with a self-driven and proactive mindset to achieve business targets.

     * Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Marketing and Selling negotiation skills

     * Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.

     * Good command of English and computer literacy
