Job Description

     * Lead overall branch performance to achieve business, sales, and profitability targets.

     * Build and maintain strong relationships with Retail Banking, SME Banking, and Commercial Banking customers while delivering exceptional customer experience.

     * Provide financial solutions and oversee the promotion of banking products and services to meet customer needs.

     * Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to enhance performance, capability, and engagement.

     * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.

     * Oversee branch operations, service quality, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth and effective branch management.

     * Collaborate with internal business partners to maximize business opportunities and achieve shared objectives.

 

Qualifications

     * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

     * Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch management role.

     * Strong knowledge of retail banking, business banking, financial products, branch operations, and risk management.

     * Possession of Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, and Investment Consultant licenses is required.

     * Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

     * Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

     * Demonstrated ability to manage sales performance, customer relationships, and branch operations effectively.
