Responsibilities

  • Lead tasks in alignment with department policy and company direction.
  • Plan and control test schedules to meet development requests.
  • Manage and guide the team for safety testing and report preparation.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to the team as needed.
  • Assess risks and report findings to leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Male or Female.
  • Age 25-30 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in air conditioner safety testing or home appliance testing.
  • Experience with international testing methods related to electrical safety, such as IEC or UL.
  • Experience with ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills.
  • Ability to prepare test reports.
