Senior Hr Manager - Bangkok Ranch Public Company Limited

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.

• At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 5 years in a management or senior leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations practices.

• Experience in manufacturing/branch-based business operations is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

• Ability to travel frequently to provincial branches/factories, using the company car.

• Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
