Senior Shipping Documentation Officer - Bangkok Ranch Public Company Limited

1. Manage export shipment by working with related Department, Shipping Agent & Distributor
2. Handle & issuing all shipping documents issued under BR Group
3. Handle export documentation for duck feather shipments under sanitary and veterinary regulations
4. Issue Confirmation of Sales and PO for customer acceptance order place by counter signing
5. Issue GRN (Goods Receiving Note) for acknowledgement of goods
6. Issue invoice, tax invoice for all transaction of sales group for internal accounting.
7. Prepare Health Certificate and Certificate of Origin for customer clearance when container arrive to the port
8. Check all conditions on L/C to comply with the sales contract.
9. Weekly up-date Shipment Performance and Service Level for service level.
10. Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations such as
11. ISO 9001:2000, (22000 - new version), energy saving, and environment ISO 14001:2004, TIS 18001 & etc.
12. Other jobs assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in export documentation, international shipping, or logistics operations, preferably in the food or agricultural industry.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) for international correspondence and documentation.
• Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, L/C compliance.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Detail, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
• Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, and TIS 18001.
• Proactive in identifying issues and proposing process improvements.
