• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และจัดทำ Report จากการสำรวจทำเล พื้นที่ต่างๆ เช่น จำนวนที่อยู่อาศัย และกิจกรรมรอบชุมชน เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลให้ผู้บริหารคัดเลือกทำเล
• จัดทำข้อมูลสรุป สาขาที่ต้องต่อสัญญา เพื่อนำไปเจรจาต่ออายุสัญญาการเช่า
• เจรจาเงื่อนไข ข้อตกลง กับผู้ให้เช่าในการขอเช่าทำเลเปิดร้าน เพื่อให้ได้ทำเลในการเปิดร้าน
• เจรจาขยายพื้นที่สาขาเดิม เพื่อเพิ่มธุรกิจใหม่ๆ ของบริษัทฯ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก ตามที่หน่วยงานกำหนด

• อายุ 22-30 ปี
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการผังเมือง, สาขาภูมิศาสตร์, การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• **มีรถยนต์และใบขับขี่ส่วนบุคคล**
• **สามารถเดินทางนอกพื้นที่ได้ (ชลบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา ปราจีนบุรี) หรือ (พัทยา ระยอง จันทบุรี)**
• มีทักษะการทำข้อมูล การนำเสนอ Presentation ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารรับแรงกดดันได้ / มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
• ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
