Business Development Officer - บริษัท ซีพี ออลล์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Analyze location data and prepare survey reports covering residential density, community activities, and surrounding demographics to support management in site selection decisions
• Compile and maintain summary reports on branches with upcoming lease renewals to facilitate timely renegotiation
• Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners to secure new store locations that meet company criteria
• Negotiate expansion of existing branch spaces to accommodate new business offerings introduced by the company
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as required

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license (required for field work)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
