Responsibilities
Production Planning
Material Planiing
- ดูแล กำกับ ฝ่ายวางแผนให้บรรลุ เป้าหมายการวาง capacity, actual output ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท ซึ่งครอบคลุมทุกอาคารผลิต
- กำกับดูแล ทั้งรายเดือน รายสัปดาห์ และรายวันของแผนการผลิตทุกอาคาร ลดความสูญเสียอันเกิดจาก downtime ที่สาเหตุมาจากวางแผนผลิตไม่สอดคล้องกับสภาพการผลิตหน้างาน
- ดูแลแผนการผลิตให้ทันส่งมอบ ตรงกับแผนงานที่วางไว้ และแก้ไขปัญหากรณีไม่สามารถผลิตได้ตามแผน FG readiness เพื่อป้องกันกระทบกับการส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมาย OEE
- กำกับ ดูแล ให้ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการวางแผน มีข้อมูล update ทันสมัย เพื่อการวางแผนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพแม่นยำ เช่น waste ratio, line speed, idle times .etc.
- กำกับ ดูแล ประสานงานฝ่ายสนับสนุนทุกฝ่าย ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายของ output การผลิต
- นำเสนอ new technology solution เพื่อปรับปรุง ประสิทธิภาพในงานวางแผน
Material Planiing
- กำกับ ดูแล การวางแผนการสั่งซื้อ วัตถุดิบ เพื่อการผลิตให้ delivery on-time
- กำกับ ดูแล day of supply control ตามแผนผลิต เพื่อให้ทันต่อการผลิต และ inventory control
- กำกับ ดูแล suppliers ให้ดำเนินการส่งมอบวัตถุดิบที่มีคุณภาพ ตรงเวลา และ พัฒนา supplier ให้สามารถทำ buffer stock, consignment stock, VMI เพื่อเสริมประสิทธิภาพการ supply material
- Lead Supplier relationship management และบริหารสัญญา supplier ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัตุดิบ

- วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาวิศวกรรม, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม, โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต ในระดับผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจบรรจุภัณฑ์หรืองานพลาสติกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบการผลิต กระบวนการผลิต และเครื่องมือจัดการการผลิตต่างๆ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการวางแผน เช่น MS Office, Sap, ระบบ ERP หรือซอฟต์แวร์การวางแผนการผลิต ใช้ในงานวิเคราะห์ Data ได้
- มีทักษะในการวางแผนบริหารจัดการงบประมาณ และควบคุมต้นทุนการผลิต
- มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและตัดสินใจได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการจัดการความเสี่ยงและป้องกันปัญหา
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการทีม การสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
