Drive quality improvement initiatives, reduce defects, and support root‑cause problem-solving with production teams

Develop, review, and maintain WI, SOP, Control Plans, and other quality-related documents

Analyze production and quality data, generate performance reports, and present insights to the Operation Manager

Provide technical support on cutting tools, machining parameters, and process troubleshooting

Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally to maintain consistent product quality and ensure on‑time delivery

Support safety practices and ensure compliance with plant standards and regulations

Coordinate with team to ensure machines and equipment used in cutting and machining processes operate effectively and reliably

Support preventive maintenance planning by providing process insights, tooling requirements, and machine performance data

Participate in troubleshooting equipment issues that impact machining quality, productivity, or safety

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

3–5 years’ experience in quality engineering

Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, CNC/Manual machines, and process control

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset

Proficient in Excel or data analysis tools

Practical experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
