Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in line with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure work progress aligns with the master schedule.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and delay analyses.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Support project control activities including resource planning, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
- Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Professional Engineer license (if applicable) is an advantage.
