Senior Planning Engineer (Primavera P6) (Construction) - บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

**Responsibilities**

* Lead project planning and construction scheduling from bidding to project completion.

* Develop construction methodologies, work sequences, and detailed project schedules using **Primavera P6**.

* Prepare Level 3, 4 & 5 schedules in compliance with **DCMA 14-Point Assessment**.

* Plan and allocate project resources including manpower, materials, equipment, and costs.

* Monitor project progress, identify critical path, analyze delays, and implement recovery plans.

* Prepare progress reports, earned value analysis, risk assessments, and project presentations.

* Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout all project phases.

* Support project handover by preparing as-built schedules, monitoring punch list completion, and documenting lessons learned.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum **5 years of experience in project planning**, including at least **5 years as a Project Engineer** across multiple construction projects.

* Strong expertise in construction planning and project management for large-scale construction projects.

* Solid knowledge of construction sequences for **Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA)** and **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection (MEP)** works.

* Ability to integrate and coordinate CSA and MEP construction activities.

* Proficient in interpreting construction contracts, specifications, and technical documents in both Thai and English.

* Advanced proficiency in **Primavera P6**, **Microsoft Excel**, and **Navisworks**.

* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

* Strong presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with clients and project teams.

*Extensive professional experience in large-scale, international construction projects, including petrochemical plant construction and data center development.
