Commissioning Manager - บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

- Plan Creation: Write step-by-step commissioning plans, schedules, and test scripts.

- Team Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and contractor teams.

- Design Reviews: Check blueprints, drawings, and technical specs for problems early.

- Testing Oversight: Watch and approve system checks, safety runs, and performance tests.

- Issue Tracking: Find faults or test failures and fix them fast.

- Client Handover: Lead final project delivery, hand over records, and train staff. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning, preferably in large-scale construction or MEP projects, with management-level experience
• Proven experience in large-scale projects such as Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, High-Rise Buildings, Hospitals, or Infrastructure Projects.·       
• Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and other MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of the complete commissioning process, including Pre-Commissioning, Testing, Commissioning, Integrated System Testing, and System Handover.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Commissioning Plans, Testing Procedures, Method Statements, ITPs, Testing Records, and Handover Documentation.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate commissioning teams, subcontractors, specialist contractors, consultants, and clients
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work at construction sites and travel to upcountry project locations as required.

*Extensive professional experience in large-scale, international construction projects, including petrochemical plant construction and data center development.
