Responsibilities
รับผิดชอบการติดตั้ง ควบคุม และทดสอบระบบ Building Management System (BMS/BAS) เพื่อให้ระบบอาคารทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมงานติดตั้งระบบ BMS ตามแบบและมาตรฐาน
- ตรวจสอบ Shop Drawing และ Material Submittal
- ประสานงานกับทีม MEP และ Automation
- ควบคุมการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ Controller, Sensor และ Field Device
- ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อระบบ HVAC, Electrical และ Mechanical
- ทดสอบระบบและ Commissioning
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ Automation
- จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าและเอกสารส่งมอบงาน
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
Qualifications
1.ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล แมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือ Automation
2.ประสบการณ์ 3–10 ปี ด้าน BMS/BAS
3.มีประสบการณ์ระบบ
- HVAC Control
- Chiller Plant
- AHU/FCU
- PLC
- SCADA
- BACnet
- Modbus
4.ใช้ AutoCAD และ Microsoft Office ได้
5.สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
6.มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีม
7.สามารถปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดหรือประจำโครงการได้
8.หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม (กว.) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9.มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ Data Center, Hospital, Airport, Industrial Plant หรือ High-rise Building จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
