Are you passionate about AI, Digital Transformation, and Innovation?  We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our organization's digital journey and drive technology innovation across our construction business.  



Key Responsibilities  

✅ Develop and execute IT & Digital Transformation strategies. 

✅ Drive AI adoption and process automation across business functions. 

✅ Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. 

✅ Develop data analytics and management dashboards for executives. 

✅ Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency through technology. 

✅ Introduce innovative digital solutions for construction and project management.

Qualifications  

✔ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Information Systems, or related fields. 

✔ Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 

✔ Strong knowledge of AI, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. 

✔ Excellent analytical thinking, solution design, and complex problem-solving skills. 

✔ Experience in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, or Data Center industries is highly preferred.  What We're Looking For  We are seeking a forward-thinking leader who can leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform business operations, improve productivity, and create sustainable competitive advantages.
