Responsibilities
- Service Program Development: Design, launch, and implement innovative service programs that engage and support our customers in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
- Data Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer data, market data, product technical specifications, and customer behavior to inform and optimize our service strategies.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with our local teams and partners in each country to execute service strategies and ensure seamless program delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Assess the effectiveness of our service programs through detailed impact analysis and prepare comprehensive measurement reports to guide future strategies.
- System Maintenance & Development: Maintain and enhance our IT service systems in Cambodia and Laos, ensuring they are robust and user-friendly.
- Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, or related field.
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- 0-3 years experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good analytical skills & logical thinking skills
- Be able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate and Internationally for work.
