Responsibilities
- Analyze after-sales and service operation data to identify trends, issues, and business improvement opportunities.
- Transform complex datasets into strategic recommendations and business insights for management.
- Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance insights for management decision-making.
- Utilize AI tools, machine learning and data analytics techniques to improve service efficiency, predictive maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement new AI technologies and automation solutions relevant to service business and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, marketing, and operations to develop data-driven strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Data and Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python
- Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, or generative AI applications is preferred.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful business insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fast learner with passion for emerging technologies and AI innovation
