Responsibilities
· Review product design from customer , capable to do stack up tolerance study and feedback via DFM , good process flow and instruction for productive manufacturing until product qualified.
· Perform experiment to optimize process and machine parameter including sourcing alternative IDM for better robust process
· Data analysis
· Cooperate with team for traceability system
· Cooperate with team for further develop on assembly and SMT process.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field (Electrical , Mechanical , Industrial)
· Fluent English Communication.
· Experience in SMT or Assembly > 5 Years
· Experience in Process Engineering , Mechanical Assembly Development > 5 Years.
