Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes to meet staffing requirements.
- Analyze manpower in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Improve and develop effective recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and proactive working skills.
- Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.
