Responsibilities
- Develop and improve vision inspection systems for manufacturing or automation processes.
- Design and implement AI / Deep Learning models for image classification, detection, and analysis.
- Design and develop new software to operate Automation machine for support production line
- Collaborate with automation and software teams to integrate Vision and AI systems with machines or robots.
- Analyze performance data and fine-tune AI algorithms to optimize system accuracy and efficiency.
- To follow up on the assembly and buy-off of automatic machines to ensure they are in good condition for supporting the production line.
- To work with suppliers on new machine fabrication and follow up until the machine passes buy-off.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree or higher for Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or related fields.
2. Experience: Have an experience in create software, control, integrate automation or electical design & development at 3-10 years.
3. Highlighted skills/knowledge :
- Experience in HDD manufacturing or electronic industrial Will be special consider
- Good Strong background in. NET Programming (C++.NET,C#NET,VBNET,C), C), Delphi, Labview, Program
- Ms SQL Server, MySQL, ODBC,JavaScript, python HTML,PHP ASP,CSS,C for
- Experience in integrating AI or vision systems with robots or PLCs is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cameras (e.g., Basler, Cognex, Keyence) is an advantage.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)00, Good command in English both written and communication.
