Production Planning Supervisor 2 อัตรา ปฏิบัติงานนวนคร 1 อัตรา เเละโรจนะ 1 อัตรา - บริษัท เบลตัน อินดัสเตรียล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Plan and control production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production capacity and coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Review material availability and coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure sufficient materials for production.
• Track production progress and adjust plans to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Logistics teams to support production planning and on-time delivery.
• Analyze production data and prepare planning reports for management.
• Supervise and guide the planning team to achieve departmental targets.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and computer skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / SMT / Assembly line.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Production Control / Capacity Planning.
