Sr.Production Supervisor - บริษัท เบลตัน อินดัสเตรียล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Supervise and control daily production operations to meet production plans and targets.
• Manage and lead production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance to resolve production issues.
• Analyze production performance and implement improvement plans to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. 
• Prepare production reports and present performance results to management.
• Train, coach, and develop production staff to improve skills and performance.

Bachelor's Degree: Production Engineer, Industrial Engineer ,Mechanical Engineer, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field. 

Skills:

• Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions is crucial. 
• Manufacturing Systems:Familiarity ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, &Aging control
• Process Optimization:Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, QCC/Kaizen,5S
• Analytical Thinking: The capacity to critically assess data and manufacturing processes to drive improvements
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure high-quality and efficient production,PPH
• Leadership: The capability to lead projects and guide production teams. 
• Software Proficiency: Skills in Microsoft Office, and statistical analysis tools is beneficial. 
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for collaboration with teams &sub- Ordinator. 
• Experience : 5 -8years in production /process filed
