Senior NPI and CQE Manager (Chinese Speaking) - บริษัท เบลตัน อินดัสเตรียล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Responsibilities:

1.       Familiar with PCBA process and quality control

2.       Liaison with customer on issues and establish close relationship with customer

3.       Expertise on 8D report writing and establish corrective actions with team

4.       Internal audit regularly to verify all the corrective actions from 8D report has put in place

5.       Establish and submit UAI report to customer for parts are slightly out of spec but no serious impact to function and performance

6.       Communicate with Customer SQE on any incoming issue and arrange resource for sorting in customer side if requires

7.       Need to establish the KPI goal quality issues per year. Drive team to meet this KPI goal

8.       Participate in customer site quality surveys and audits

Requirements:

1.       Bachelor degree or above. Applied Science Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree preferrable

2.       Minimum 5 years working experience in PCBA industry with skills in Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

3.       Minimum 3 years working experience in managerial role

4.       Must be fluent in Chinese and English speaking

5.       Experience working as a CQE is preferred

6.       Experience to deal with Chinese customer is preferred

7.       Familiar to use Microsoft Office and outlook

8.       Be able to join immediately or with short notice is highly preferred
