In this Senior ACA Maintenance Engineer role, you will lead and supervise Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to ensure machine readiness, equipment reliability, and continuous production for both NPI and Mass Production. You will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and expediting machine buy-off activities to ensure successful qualification and on-time delivery according to project schedules. Furthermore, you will develop detailed machine setup, conversion, preventive maintenance (PM), and predictive maintenance (PdM) plans to maximize equipment performance and availability. You will analyze machine performance using engineering and statistical tools to drive data-based improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, productivity enhancement, yield improvement, and cost reduction projects. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring adequate spare parts planning, inventory control, and maintenance resource allocation to minimize production interruptions.
