Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the Sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and other related documentation.
- Receive, process, and record customer purchase orders (Sales Orders).
- Monitor production schedules, delivery status, and ensure timely product shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Support the Sales team by preparing documents, reports, and presentation materials for meetings.
- Coordinate with the Accounting department regarding billing, invoice issuance, and payment follow-up.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
• Age 25-30 years• Bachelor Degree in any field. (Business Administration is preferable)• 0-3 years experiences in Sales Coordinating, Customer Services, or related fields (new graduated is considered)• Hard working, be able to manage multi-task effectively
. Logistic knowledge (export/import/shipping).
• Well organized, systematic and being good team-player
• Good command of English and computer literacy (TOEIC 550+ score is an advantage)• Computer Literacy in MS Office
