Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist premium customers in a professional showroom environment
- Provide product consultation on bathroom sanitary ware and built-in furniture, including presenting design concepts
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products aligned with their lifestyle
- Deliver in-depth product presentations, including materials, functions, technologies, and brand differentiators
- Close sales and manage related documentation such as quotations and sales orders
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Maintain showroom visual standards to reflect a luxury brand image
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships (CRM)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in showroom, luxury sales, or premium home furnishing products
- Well-groomed, professional personality with a strong service mindset
- Strong presentation skills and consultative selling ability
- Knowledge in Interior Design, materials, sanitary ware, or kitchen systems is an advantage
- Good command of English is preferred
