About the role
We are looking for an FP&A Lead to drive financial planning and analysis across The KE Group. This role will partner closely with business units to support decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure effective cost management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial planning
- Partner with business units to track budgets, monitor sales performance, and control costs
- Analyze P&L performance, product/category profitability, and asset returns
- Support inventory and sales forecasting to optimize stock efficiency
- Conduct ROI and feasibility analysis for new projects and investments
- Monitor operating expenses and drive cost efficiency initiatives
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and insights using ERP systems and BI tools
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
