Responsibilities
Crystal Home is expanding into luxury kitchens and growing our premium bathroom business. We’re seeking a Client Technical Services to oversee the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales site assessments to post-installation inspections. This role requires close coordination with sales teams, contractors, and clients to ensure every kitchen and bathroom project meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical site visits and advise on installation feasibility
- Manage installation timelines, quality, and contractor coordination
- Supervise installations and handle client handovers
- Provide post-installation service and warranty support
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project or installation management (kitchen/bathroom/interior)
- Knowledge of MEP and cabinetry systems
- Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills
- Thai language proficiency; English communication preferred
