Key Responsibilities:

• Training Curriculum Design: Design and develop functional and technical training programs.

• Competency Management: Manage and update the competency management system to align with job structures and performance evaluations.

• Talent Development & Business Agility: Support and monitor staff capability development to prepare for business changes.

• Onboarding Program: Plan and execute the onboarding program for new hires to ensure smooth integration and learning.

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Collaborate with supervisors and management to analyze training needs and formulate appropriate learning plans.

• Knowledge Management: Support the creation and development of internal knowledge management initiatives.

• Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Skill Development Compliance: Handle documentation and course certification submissions to the Department of Skill Development (DSD), ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping in compliance with regulations.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in training planning and roadmap development.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Training, HRD, or related functions.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Canva, or online e-learning/teaching tools).

• Facilitation, presentation, or Train-the-Trainer skills will be an advantage.
