• Achieve sales targets by pursuing/winning new business meeting the strategic criteria of the company
• Win medium/ large strategic business for Contract Logistics products at sustainable profits.
• Sell solutions in the company portfolio at sustainable profit margins, through understanding our customers’ requirement and buying criteria’s
• Develop a strong sales pipeline in accordance with company strategy, with focus on company business, covering both short- and long term sales plans.
• Develop structured sales plans and pursuit plans for target Contract Logistics customers
• Develop strong relationships with potential customers
• Deliver strong sales performance management through CRM data quality and timely and accurate updates
• Identify and participate tenders and communicate with relevant support teams including solutions team, Operations, HR, management support to generate the workable and realistic solution.
• Follow-up on implementation of new accounts jointly with the solutions & Operations team.
• Develop key focus Industry/ Verticals (FMCG, Chemical, Technology, Industrial, Retails, Fashion lifestyle, automotive)
