บริษัท ไฮ-เทค แอพพาเรล จำกัด- Work closely with line managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Coordinate with line managers to update all job descriptions
- Analyze sourcing channel to relevant with positions requirement
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Coordinate job interview appointments
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Prepare and update weekly reports in relation to recruitment and hiring
- Conduct employee orientation
- Control and Tracking Employee On-boarding Program
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment process
- Able to work multi-tasking with fast pace environment and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table)
**Workdays: Mon-Sat 08.00 AM - 05.00 PM** (2 Sat per Month)
