- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage and prepare all the documents as requested
- Prepare the document for customer such as invoice, parking and other facilities
- Manage the contact number of building tenants and facilitate all tenants
- Monitor and tracking on repairing service notification from customer
- Coordinate and facilitate the meeting room when necessary
- Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities
