Administrative Officer
บริษัท ฮิตาชิ แชนแนล โซลูชั่นส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Handle a full range of administrative duties.
- Handle air ticket, hotel and restaurant reservation.
- Handle name card, name stamp, employee cards as assignment.
- Co-ordinate and support between driver, Japanese staffs, also manage schedule of user.
- To manage schedule of messenger.
- To arrange, filling and control Internal documents, Running document in-out, Fix assets, etc.
- Other documents support as assignment.
- To responsible for new supplier by registration and all documents support.
- Purchasing and sourcing Indirect material, office requirement i.e. Pantry supplies, Copier paper, Toner, Stationery and office supplies, etc.
- To correct invoices of supplier.
- Monitor, control and follow up on yearly/ end of contract of supplier.
- Other related tasks as assignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- Female, Thai nationality only
- Age between 25-30 years old
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in Administration or Japanese support or secretary
- Minimum 1year of working experience as a procurement would be advantage
- Good command both written and speaking in English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office and Outlook
- Must be able to prioritize, multitask
- Positive thinking, self-motivated, team player and ability to work under pressure
- Good negotiation and communication skills
