Assistant Brand Manager (Contractor)
• Develop and supporting the development of Marketing and Brand Plans and Strategies
• Advertising & Media Planning (strategy/creative brief development, advertising evaluation, advertising clearance, commercial production and media planning)
• Promotion (consumer promotion planning and execution) working with creative, media and digital agencies.
• Packaging (support the development of packaging for brand re-launches, new product launch)
• Innovation (NPI / NPD) – working with multi-functional team to conceptualize, develop, qualify and launch product innovation
• Activation and Engagement Programs for offline and online across Digital and Retail.
• Lead brand and business analysis for brand and competition to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain liaison with other departments, agency and suppliers to ensure good coordination and effective implementation of plan.
• Plan marketing budget for marketing activity of assigned brand; monitor expenditure, allocate budget, analyze effectiveness of each activity.
