- Assists HC Operations Manager to coordinate / administraters a variety of program & activities covering multiple HC activities.
- To recruit high caliber staff (per assignment) to full fill the business needs and manpower control against OPL.
- To check accurately and timely update/file employee data for payroll, benefits and HR administration. (per assignment)
- To prepare employee information documents upon request. (per assignment)
- To identify training and development needs and plan in line with business requirement.
- To organize training session. Evaluate and follow up training result.
- To build and maintain good relations among employee, management and community through the organizing of various activities e.g. employee recreation, sport activities. etc.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare recruitment budget (per assignment). Monitor and control all HR expenses monthly.
- Monthly co-ordinate with HOD on manpower control against OPL i.e. Transfer, New hire, Resign. (per assignment)
- Consolidate/Update functional and factory/organization chart on a monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate the position profiles development/update with HOD to define specifications and competencies.
- Set up recruitment plan, Implement and periodically evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment tools in order to recruit high caliber and meet business requirements. (per assignment)
- Coordinate with recruitment specialist to prepare staff communication by monthly and ensure staff announcement will be communicated into board.
- Identify training and development needs with line managers.
- Coordinate with external training Institutes for course attendance.
- Maintain training records.
- Supervise team Administer training work process on In-house, External courses by preparing documents for payment.
- Arrange and provide training materials/equipment, meeting rooms, coffee breaks.
- Monthly consolidate, prepare and analyses HR reports and summaries to all HOD for outstanding issues to be improved. (Reports : Manpower, Recruitment update, Headcount report, Resignation report, Technical report, KPI report, Manufacturing Review report, GA & ER Activities weekly & Monthly report in DOR/WOM/MOR,
- Data entry/update all employees information and maintain their Personal file e.g. transfer, income, benefit, performance rating, leave record, time attendance. ( per assignment)
- Employee relation/factory activities. (White factory project, Year End party committee Health Desk day / Food festival / clean food good taste certified for canteen )
- Lead & Monitor payroll system/administration by monthly basis and ensure 100% accuracy of data, Information will be submitted on time. ( per assignment)
- Supervise staff to setting Internal communication as RJ News.
- Manage and control all general affairs and administration i.e. Canteen, Uniform, Laundry, Locker, First aid room, Janitors and gardeners.
- Supervise staff to Arrange annual physical check-up.
