- Recommend network devt & strategies in line with guidelines on profitability
- Budgeting and Monitoring
- Plan and lead store expansion plan with South Asia Pacific Managing Director
- Work with Regional Marketing & Communications to ensure the overall marketing & communication strategy is aligned to the retail development needs for the Thailand/Indochina market.
- New client development – work closely with local Marketing & Communication to develop various aspects of acquiring new clients
- Existing client development – ensure sales teamwork on on 1-1 CRM activities
- Analyze sales and customer information to identify trends, gaps and needs and drive efforts to constantly improve the merchandise mix in the stores
- Work with Regional Commercial Training Manager to upgrade commercial selling skills of the team to raise performance standards and accelerate sales growth.
- Manage the Thailand retail team, wholesales consultant and local Marketing & Communication to ensure relevant insights and connectivity with the team
- Min 10 years Store/Luxury Retail experience with 7 years in people leadership
- Strong sales drive and results orientation
- Able to manage market & people complexity & create business networks
- Strong business acumen. Tactical & creativity thinking to generate revenue sources
- Excellent communication skills. Able to think and speak strategically with Corporate and operationally and specifically with local partners.
