- Develop framework, initiatives, measurement, and action plans by using customer data to analyze and understand customer behavior to develop and differentiate product, and drive important business decision
- Design analytical procedures needed to address BU’s business objectives/questions with respect to customer insights that concern Product, CRM, Marketing, and Operations
- Develop and design standardized report and ad-hoc report that related to customer behavior by using BI tool
- Lead to discover and interpret data into insight/key learning and recommend action for the top management
- Assist internal team to find business opportunity to create growth and business opportunity
- Conduct user research to derive insight from user to develop and improve product & services design
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with outstanding academic results
- Min 5 years of experience in management consultancy, strategic planning, business intelligence, or customer insight/market research
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableu, Power BI, and Data Studio
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Data-oriented personality and an excellent eye for details
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Thai
- Work well in fast-paced, strong teamwork environment
- A strong interest in AI and Big Data technology
