Consider Only Customer Service Manager who has strong experienced in cosmetics manufacturing or FMCG
Customer Service Manager whom has experienced in OEM, ODM cosmetics with strong english communication is highly expreciated.
• Defining and managing all clients’ requirement/objective ensuring the project requirements are met at definite budget & time.
• Transferring the information communicate project objective requirements to project members.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the project is delivered as committed.
• Handling costing & pricing proposal for internal, and external.
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing to remove development and project roadblocks.
• Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicating project status, issues & risks to business and customers
• Producing consolidated reports to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
• Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards
• Thai Nationality, Age 38 - 45 years.
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6 - 10 years working experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Excellent command of English
• Foster Teamwork / Leader / Problems Solving
• Systematic Thinking
• Knowledge and ability in the use of a computer and software applications (Microsoft Office)
• Good personality, Presentation skills and service mind.
