- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the CS team and supporting the customers by providing the required information and ensuring all demands of the customers are delivered on time. Developing and training the CS team regarding technical and service skills. Coordinating with Sales & Operation department on the related tasks.
You will be discussing more in-dept descriptions with consultant in the interview session.
- Age between 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or other Chemical related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service or other related fields
- Have good interpersonal skill with an innovative mindset
- Good command of English
- Proficient skill of MS Excel
Salary : THB 30,000 - 40,000
